Lady Grizzlies Clinch NAL Soccer Title
The Lassen High School Lady Grizzlies secured the, “sole” spot atop the NAL soccer standings following a 5-1 victory over the Central Valley Falcons, (2/05).
The win caps a first place, 8-0-2 run through the NAL regular season schedule for the Lady Grizzlies. Lassen’s nearest competitor in the conference was West Valley, who finished at 8-1-1. The teams must now wait for the remainder of north section soccer season to conclude, before the playoff seeding committee will meet. Playoff seedings should be known no later than, Feb. 14th.
