“Good Guys Win”
“Good guys win” was the text message left by Lassen College head baseball coach Cort Cortez after the Cougars snapped a ten game losing skid, Wednesday, (4/29) at Shasta College.

Ryan Shepherd threw a complete game to earn his third win of the season. Lassen is now 8-22 overall (8-20 in the Golden Valley Conference). The Cougars wrap up the season Thursday, April 30th, with a pair of home games against Shasta. The doubleheader is scheduled to get underway at 12:00 p.m. at Memorial Park.
