Diamond Mountain Casino is now offering poker tournaments on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. Tournaments are held in the Diamond Willow Room, located in the Casino.
The final table both days earn players points towards entry into the “Tournament of Champions” to be held in June, 2010.
Diamond Mountain Casino also offers Sit ‘n Go tournaments every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These tournaments take place on the Lightning Poker Table. Sign ups begin at 5:30 p.m. with play beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Come on in to the Diamond Mountain Casino, enjoy the hospitality of Sierra and brush up on your Texas Hold’em skills.

Parents, staff, students, football boosters and good Samaritans went to work on the field early Saturday prepping for the 3:00p.m. playoff game against Anderson.

In Scott Blackwood’s pregame conversation with Coach St. Jacques the coach thanked everybody who came down to help, and said it was amazing to see all the people who stopped by to lend a hand.

Because of the quick work of the helpers the field was in great shape all through Saturday afternoon’s game.

The Lassen Grizzlies dominated the visiting Anderson Cubs, Saturday afternoon (11/21), at Arnold Field to advance to the Div.2, CIF North Section Championship football game.
