Another Note From My Big Sister…

Another Note From My Big Sister in Boise

By the way, my sister is a big time jock, a smart cookie, a great mom, blah-blah-blah, yada-yada-yada, and all that, but, regardless of what she may insinuate in her writings to us here at Lassen Sports Network.com, she can’t beat me, and she doesn’t know more than I do… She’s a great chick though…

I hear that Lassen High is playing our old Alma Mater this week in Anderson. I want to wish them (Lassen) well, as you speak so highly of the program and everyone involved with it. I’d be hard pressed to go against our old Cubbies, seeing as how it was just yesterday that we graduated. (She is my “big” sister).
BTW, how did you graduate…by the hair of your chinny-chin-chin?
From,
The smart one in the family. (Other than Dad, of course, because I know he’ll be reading this.)

You can, of course hear the afore-mentioned Lassen vs. Anderson, North Section, semi-final football game, live right here on Lassen Sports Network.com November 20th, at 7:00 p.m. beginning with our D & L Distributing pre-game conversation with Lassen head coach Tom St. Jacques. (BTW, Big Sister, coach St. Jacques played on the “Blue Turf” at Boise St).

A Letter From My Big Sister

We here at Lassen Sports Network.com love to hear from our listeners and visitors. This submission comes from my sister in Boise, Idaho. She’s a big time Boise State Bronco fan.

What’s happening with the Niners?
Scott’s Response: They’re headed in the right direction, but right now, they’re just good enough to lose.
This week is the Idaho game with BSU…big rivalry. Wouldn’t be surprised if we lost if this team can’t show more consistancy. I’m not being negative, just realistic. Our team seems to take time off in a game. Coach even says he hasn’t gotten a bead on this team yet.
Explain to me how USC can get pummeled by Oregon, humiliated, really. Then they lose, and USC impresses all with a squeaker against ASU. They have the same records, however, they have the head to head. And USC is ahead of Oregon in the polls by 4-6 spots? I understand they have all this “talent,” but they are not a good team yet.
Are you happy that Notre Dame lost to Navy? (Indeed I am) I personally enjoyed the hell out of that game. Always have a soft spot for the armed forces teams. Exactly how many home games does ND have?!
I’m getting tickets  … Click the headline to continue reading this LSN Story
