LHS Student, Brad Memmott, Collecting Coats for Kids
Brad Memmott, a member of Boy Scout Troop 125, is working on his Eagle Scout project-”Collecting Coats for Kids.”
Brad knows that this winter is coming to an end, so, if your kids have out-grown their old coats, he would like to invite them, and others in the community to donate any good conditioned, children’s coats to the, “Collecting Coats for Kids” campaign.
And it’s easy to do!
From Saturday, March 27th, through Saturday, April 10th. There will be three drop off locations in Susanville; Safeway, Wal-Mart and Susanville Supermarket (IGA).
Just ask the manager of the respective business to take your coat, or look for the green waste management receptacles and place your used or new coats in those.
Coats will be donated to Crossroads Ministries.
After Brad collects the coats, they will be handed out to the kids in our community that need them.
If you have any questions, Brad can be reached at 310-2115.
Brad thanks you for helping him complete his Eagle Scout project and for helping the kids in our community that may be in need of a coat!
